Keep in mind CBD lasts about 6 hours on average and takes about one hour to kick in.
CBD for chronic anxiety throughout the day means you should take it in the morning and maybe once more in the afternoon.
If you wanted to take CBD for sleep you should take it 1 hour before bed.
