In this episode I decided to take a deep dive into the peer-reviewed research behind CBD and sleep. I originally wanted to title it, "We're running out of excuses." It doesn't cause a failed drug test, it doesn't cause intoxication, and it has an excellent safety profile. Let's get this stuff into the fire service.
